CONTRA-INDICATIONS
Hypersensitivity to any of the vitamins.
ADVERSE EFFECTS
Adults and Children over 12 years. One capsule with liquid each day or as directed by the physician.
DOSAGE

One Softgel daily on regular days
Product A and B
Start taking both the softgels 1-2 days prior to the monthly cycle and continue for 7 days.
